Welcome to DoorWash! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our laundry and dry cleaning services and our Android and iOS applications for scheduling pickups and deliveries. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using DoorWash’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Overview
DoorWash offers laundry and dry cleaning services with scheduled pickup and delivery through our mobile applications. We provide a convenient way for users to maintain their clothing and fabric items with professional care. DoorWash retains the right to modify or discontinue certain services at any time, without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information, including pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and specific service requirements. DoorWash will not be responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
- Preparation of Items: You are responsible for ensuring that all items handed over for cleaning are appropriately prepared (e.g., emptying pockets, checking for valuables).
- Prohibited Items: You agree not to include prohibited or dangerous items (e.g., sharp objects, hazardous materials) in your laundry order. DoorWash is not responsible for any damage caused by such items.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All services provided by DoorWash are subject to our current pricing, which may change at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments may apply depending on fabric type, stain severity, and custom requests.
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due as per the payment method specified in the app. Failure to make timely payment may result in order cancellation or restriction from future service.
- Delivery Fees: A delivery fee may be charged depending on the location or the nature of the delivery request, especially for custom or out-of-standard service zones. This will be communicated during the order process.
5. Offers, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs
- Offers and Discounts: DoorWash may offer discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs from time to time. These offers are subject to the terms outlined in each promotion and may be altered or withdrawn at DoorWash’s discretion, without prior notice.
- Redemption: Discounts and coupons can only be applied at the time of order and cannot be redeemed after payment is processed. Certain offers may not be combined or applied retroactively.
6. Damage and Compensation Policy
While DoorWash takes the utmost care in handling and processing your items, certain types of damage may occur due to the nature of the fabric or previous wear and tear:
- Minor Wear and Tear: DoorWash is not liable for minor wear and tear, color fading, shrinkage, or other changes resulting from standard cleaning procedures.
- Significant Damage: In cases where items are significantly damaged during our care, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. After investigation, compensation may be offered on a case-by-case basis and may take the form of service coupons or discounts toward future orders. DoorWash does not provide cash compensation.
- Limitations: DoorWash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as fragile fabric or prior damage. Customers are advised to indicate any specific care requirements for delicate items.
7. Limitation of Liability
DoorWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services. By using DoorWash, you agree that:
- DoorWash’s liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
- DoorWash is not liable for any damages due to your failure to provide complete and accurate care instructions for your items.
8. Order Processing and Delivery
- Turnaround Time: DoorWash strives to meet estimated turnaround times, but these may vary depending on service demand, item type, and other external factors.
- Missed Pickups or Deliveries: If you miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, you may incur a rescheduling fee. DoorWash will make every effort to contact you for rescheduling.
- Custom Requests: For certain custom orders, such as specific fabric care requirements, additional charges may apply. DoorWash reserves the right to accept or decline such requests based on feasibility.
9. User Conduct and Restrictions
- Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from using DoorWash for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. Misuse of the app, including providing false information or misrepresenting items, may lead to service termination.
- Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. DoorWash will not be liable for any unauthorized access due to a user’s failure to secure account information.

All content on the DoorWash mobile applications, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of DoorWash. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of DoorWash’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order before the scheduled pickup time without a penalty. Once the pickup has occurred, cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the progress of the order.
- Refunds: We don't provide any refund once payment is done as we have no refund ploicy.

DoorWash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our app and website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Patna High Court, India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of DoorWash services shall be resolved in accordance with the local laws and jurisdiction.
